We are at a inflection point for HR:  We need grow our role as strategic advisors into our next opportunity  as the voice and marketers of Culture.   Culture is no longer just a competitive advantage for companies; it is going to be expected (especially for millennials).  In order to transition culture from words on a wall, HR needs to be equipped as marketers - thinking of culture as something that connects with the imagination, minds, and hearts of potential and current employees.

Through the discussion of Millenials, culture, and leadership learn how technology is changing the way the workforce interacts with culture and brands and how your EVP will be the next generation of thinking, including how to:

  • Recognize why HR needs to lead with marketing
  • Create and use an EVP with specific tactics needed
  • Communicate your culture effectively through an EVP model
  • Create the business case for connecting your business strategy around culture
  • Equip millennial leaders with the information they need to to succeed and deliver value for your organization
