Janice has more than twenty years of diverse marketing experience. She is a change agent, leading brand engagement and learning efforts targeting 400K FedEx team members around the globe. While at FedEx, Janice has led teams within Global Brand Management, Alliances and Acquisition and Segment Marketing.  


Prior to joining FedEx, Janice worked at Acxiom, a database management company specializing in customer and information solutions. She graduated cum laude in French and International Studies from Rhodes College. Janice lives in Memphis with her husband, daughter and a rowdy bulldog named Bruce.
