Linda’s 29 year business career spans various industries, regions of the world and cultures. Prior to launching her coaching and consulting career, her most recent corporate role was at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where she was recruited to the senior leadership team to create a new global HR function for the pre-IPO company. In this new position, she was accountable for developing the global HR structure, building the team and supporting HR strategies, systems and practices necessary for expanded organizational capacity, performance excellence, compliance and successful IPO launch. She led 80 HR professionals located in 28 facilities with 10,000 employees on 5 continents. She developed and embedded a global performance framework driving innovation and growth across the business.
