Siobhan O'Leary serves as Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Convene, an innovative Workplace Hospitality Company and is the founder of Aubergine Partners, an Executive Coaching and Leadership Development firm. In November 2016, Convene was recognized by Smart CEO magazine and received the Top Company Culture Award; 2017 ranked #11 by Fortune Magazine Great Places to work; and named by Forbes as one of the most promising companies. 2018, Inc Magazine, Best workplace award. In 2018 Convene doubled the number of employees and was again named to Fortune Magazine’s “Great Places to work List”.

Prior to coaching and joining Convene, Siobhan spent over 25 years as a Human Resource Executive, predominately in the luxury hospitality field. She worked with Hyatt Hotels, Four Season Hotels & Resorts and The Carlyle and Rosewood Hotels and Resorts. Here she gained international experience, capitalizing on the various cultures to develop local leaders’ shared corporate goals. She has had the honor and enjoyment of developing promoted individuals all over the world.

In 2007, Siobhan completed a Harvard Executive Education program. She is also certified in three of the tools Profiles International provides to employers to enhance stakeholder engagement; the Checkpoint 360, PXT/PSA, PPI, and has participated in a course at the French Culinary Institute in New York, in 2008. Recently, Siobhan was invited to participate in the first Women in Leadership Forum in Abu Dhabi during Abdu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2015.
